Service Agreement
1. The Creative Covenant
By engaging Maison Blom (the "Studio"), the Client acknowledges that they are commissioning a specific creative vision defined as Radiant Humanism. This vision prioritizes high-fidelity 4K optics, unscripted Scandinavian joy, and authentic real-world textures. The Studio operates as an auteur-led practice; while Client objectives are integrated, the final aesthetic execution remains at the Studio’s professional discretion.
2. Scope of Works & Deliverables
The Studio shall provide the Client with high-resolution digital assets (the "Editions") as specified in the agreed project brief.
The Archive: All final assets will be delivered via a private digital gallery.
Refinement: The Studio provides one (1) round of aesthetic refinement per commission. Any structural changes to the brief or additional refinement rounds after the "Bite" has been established will be billed as a new commission.
3. Fees & Acquisitions
Finality: Due to the bespoke, digital-heritage nature of the Studio’s work, all fees are non-refundable.
The Commitment: A 50% non-refundable "Stewardship Fee" is required to secure a position in the Studio's calendar. The remaining balance is due upon approval of the low-resolution proofs, prior to final 4K asset delivery.
4. Intellectual Property & Heritage Rights
Maison Blom operates on a Visual Heritage model.
Usage License: Upon final payment, the Client is granted a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the Editions for their brand’s commercial and promotional purposes.
The Studio’s Rights: The Studio retains the underlying copyright and the right to exhibit the work within the Maison Blom Archive, social channels, and future publications as part of its permanent legacy.
Alterations: The Client may not apply "filters," "AI-upscaling," or destructive edits to the Editions that compromise the Studio's high-fidelity optics and "Bite."
5. Limitation of Liability
The Studio utilizes state-of-the-art generative optics to simulate real-world physics and light. The Client acknowledges that these assets are creative interpretations and not "evidence" or "forensic documentation." The Studio is not liable for any perceived lack of "real-world" accuracy in a purely creative asset.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement and all "Terms of Maison Blom" shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising shall be settled in the courts of Stockholm.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of the Accord
By accessing the Maison Blom Archive (the "Site") and any affiliated digital channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the standards of the Studio, you must cease use of the Site immediately.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to the "Editions," "Radiant Humanism" philosophy, high-fidelity imagery, 4K optics simulations, and branding, is the exclusive property of Maison Blom.
Prohibitions: You may not scrape, reproduce, or use our imagery to train external generative models or AI datasets without express written consent.
The "Bite" Protection: Any unauthorized use of our visual heritage that compromises the studio’s aesthetic integrity will be met with legal stewardship.
3. Stewardship & Acquisitions
All transactions conducted via the Site are for digital creative assets.
Non-Refundable: All acquisitions of digital Editions are final.
Delivery: Assets are delivered via digital link. Maison Blom is not responsible for the steward’s inability to access or store files once successfully delivered to the provided coordinates.
4. User Conduct
Visitors to the Archive are expected to act with the "Manner" of a prestigious gallery. You may not:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Distribute "AI-waxy" or low-fidelity derivatives of our work while attributing them to the Studio.
Attempt to disrupt the architectural integrity of our digital presence.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Archive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Maison Blom makes no warranties that the high-fidelity optics or "Radiant Humanism" aesthetic will fit the specific commercial requirements of every viewer without a formal commission. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish Law, Maison Blom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to the Archive or the use of our digital assets.
7. Governance
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any claim or dispute between you and Maison Blom that arises in whole or in part from the Site shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Stockholm.
Privacy Policy
1. The Data Covenant
At Maison Blom, we treat your data with the same "Radiant Humanism" we apply to our optics. We collect only what is strictly necessary to maintain the Archive and facilitate your stewardship. We do not sell, trade, or compromise your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
Direct Engagement: When you inquire about a commission, sign up for our registry, or acquire an Edition, we collect your name, email address, and billing coordinates.
Architectural Data: Like most digital archives, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors move through the Site. This includes IP addresses, browser types, and navigation paths, helping us refine the "Bite" of our digital experience.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is used exclusively to:
Deliver your acquired 4K digital assets.
Communicate regarding active commissions or Studio updates.
Comply with Swedish tax and legal obligations.
Ensure the security and integrity of the Maison Blom Archive.
4. Data Retention & Security
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with Swedish Law (specifically regarding financial record-keeping). We implement high-level digital safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access or "synthetic" interference.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
As we operate under the jurisdiction of Stockholm, Sweden, you have the following rights regarding your data:
Access: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Rectification: You may ask us to correct any inaccurate information.
Erasure: You may request that we "forget" your data, provided it does not conflict with our legal record-keeping duties.
Portability: You may request that we transfer your data to another steward or service.
6. Third-Party Links
The Archive may contain links to external partners or social platforms (such as Instagram or Threads). We are not responsible for the privacy manners of these external estates. We encourage you to review their specific terms.
7. Contact & Stewardship
For any inquiries regarding your data or to exercise your rights, please contact the Studio directly at our provided digital coordinates.
Usage & Heritage Rights
1. The Grant of Stewardship (Usage License)
Upon receipt of final payment, Maison Blom (the "Studio") grants the Client (the "Steward") a Worldwide, Perpetual, and Non-Exclusive License to utilize the acquired Editions (the "Assets").
Permitted Use: The Steward may use the Assets for all standard commercial purposes, including but not limited to: social media, web design, editorial, digital advertising, and internal brand presentations.
Exclusivity: Unless a "Sole Stewardship" agreement is signed and a premium archive fee is paid, the Studio reserves the right to license similar aesthetic concepts to other entities, provided they do not utilize the Steward’s specific brand identifiers.
2. The Heritage Clause (Copyright)
Maison Blom remains the sole author and owner of the underlying Visual Heritage (the Copyright).
The Archive Right: The Studio retains the irrevocable right to exhibit, publish, and archive the Assets in perpetuity across all Maison Blom platforms, social channels, and physical exhibitions. This is essential to the Studio’s legacy and the "Radiant Humanism" movement.
Attribution: While not required for every social post, the Steward agrees to provide credit to "Maison Blom" in editorial contexts or high-profile press releases where creative credits are standard.
3. Integrity of the "Bite" (Alterations)
The Assets are delivered with specific Hasselblad-standard clarity and 35mm grain.
Prohibited Edits: The Steward shall not apply destructive "beauty filters," heavy color grading, or third-party AI "upscalers" that compromise the Studio's specific optics.
Derivatives: Any derivative works created from the Assets must maintain the "Manner" of Maison Blom.
4. Sublicensing & Transfer
Stewardship is non-transferable. The Steward may not sell, rent, or sublicense the Assets to third-party "Stock" libraries or other brands without the express written "Consulate" of the Studio.
5. AI Training Prohibition
The Assets represent the intellectual and creative labor of the Studio. Under no circumstances may the Assets be used to train, fine-tune, or prompt-engineer external generative AI models or proprietary "Style LoRAs" without a specific Generative Heritage License and significant additional compensation.
Clarity is our standard. If you have any inquiries regarding our Terms of Stewardship or wish to discuss a bespoke commission, our studio coordinates are open.
